Pricing Governance is essentially  a framework of processes, policy and principles that govern the pricing process. It is there to provide guidance and rules for operation for the business and to ensure that guidelines and processes and procedures are being followed. Failure to have an adequate governance in place can mean that you become open to revenue and price leakage.
